1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PipOrix (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PipOrix is a decision-support software platform that:

  • Ingests trade signals from multiple sources
  • Applies algorithmic decision intelligence (DIE, GMIE, AiSi)
  • Provides filtering recommendations
  • Maintains full audit trails of all decisions

PipOrix does NOT provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

3. User Eligibility

To use PipOrix, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Have legitimate trading experience and knowledge
  • Provide accurate and complete account information

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use PipOrix only for lawful trading purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Not reverse-engineer or attempt to breach security
  • Comply with all applicable trading regulations
  • Assume full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes

5. Trading Risks

IMPORTANT: Trading involves significant risk of loss. By using PipOrix, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the risks of algorithmic trading
  • You accept responsibility for all trading outcomes
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Markets can be unpredictable and volatile
  • You may lose your entire investment

6. No Financial Advice

PipOrix is NOT a financial advisor and does NOT provide investment advice. Nothing in this Service should be construed as:

  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
  • Financial or investment advice
  • A solicitation to trade
  • An offer of any product or service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, and intellectual property in PipOrix are owned by PipOrix and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of PipOrix
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract algorithms
  • Create derivative works
  • Use PipOrix for commercial purposes without permission

8. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Payment is due in advance of each billing period
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partially used billing periods

9. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • PipOrix is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any financial losses or missed opportunities
  • We are not liable for data loss, system failures, or delays
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PipOrix from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your trading decisions and outcomes
  • Your violation of these terms or applicable laws
  • Your use of third-party integrations or MT5 platforms

11. Third-Party Services

PipOrix integrates with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and other third-party services. We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability or functionality
  • Changes to third-party terms or APIs
  • Data loss or security breaches at third parties
  • Any actions or inactions of third-party brokers or platforms

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You repeatedly violate trading rules or regulations
  • Your account poses a risk to our platform

13. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using PipOrix, you consent to our data practices.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
